CelcomDigi launches new flagship retail store, Life

CelcomDigi Berhad has launched Life, its new flagship physical stores at The Gardens Mall and Sunway Pyramid, aimed at enhancing retail innovation. These stores act as experiential hubs for customers to explore and acquire the latest connected technology.

This launch is a significant milestone in CelcomDigi’s three-year journey to transform retail, catering to the needs of over 20 million customers through the largest digital products retail chain in Malaysia. All stores now offer enhanced services and focus on 5G and AI-powered devices, alongside competitive mobile and convergence plans.

The Life stores support diverse customer segments, from content creators to busy parents and wellness tech enthusiasts, making it easier for anyone to embark on their connected living journey.

Spanning 3,500 square feet, the Life stores feature over 20 partners and a “store-within-a-store” experience. This is a first in Malaysian telco retail, with Samsung and Disney having dedicated experiential zones for smart tech and content.

The collaboration with Samsung showcases innovative lifestyle wearables, smart appliances, and fitness tech, allowing customers to interact with products and make instant purchases via the ‘Endless Aisle’—an interactive screen for seamless online ordering and delivery.

The Pixar Connect Lounge, designed with Disney, is a family-focused area inspired by Toy Story and Marvel, featuring tablets with interactive activities and merchandise from DisneyStore.asia.

Throughout the grand opening weekends from 16 to 20 July 2025 at The Gardens Mall and 23 to 27 July 2025 at Sunway Pyramid, customers can enjoy exclusive discounts on selected accessories, promotions starting at RM1, limited-time bundle deals, and free gifts for the first 100 customers at each location. CelcomDigi customers will receive 15% off purchases on Samsung’s Endless Aisle, and 30% off if they are on a Samsung device contract.

CelcomDigi’s retail ecosystem includes over 10,000 touchpoints, featuring more than 50 branded stores and over 300 partner-operated Express stores, alongside various trade channels. This setup, along with their online store and apps, constitutes one of Malaysia’s largest retail networks for digital products and services.
