Castrol is celebrating the Castrol POWER1 Honda Yuzy Racing Team’s podium finish at the penultimate round of the MAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship, held at Bandar Medini Iskandar, Johor, on 8 and 9 November 2024.
Md Haziq Md Hamdan secured third place in the CP125 category at Bandar Medini Iskandar, demonstrating his determination and the strength of Castrol POWER1. This achievement marked a highlight for the Castrol POWER1 Honda Yuzy Racing Team in the 2024 season.
Throughout the season, the Castrol POWER1 Honda Yuzy Racing Team benefited from strong performances by Md Haziq Md Hamdan and Md Idlan Haqimi Raduan. In the final round at Stadium Batu Kawan, Penang, on 23 and 24 November 2024, Md Haziq finished ninth with a time of 13’47.532s, securing 53 points and placing 13th overall for the season.
Md Idlan also performed well, recording a grid time of 54.061s and finishing fifth with a time of 13’38.112s, earning 28 points and placing 17th overall for the season.
The impressive performances of both riders highlight the essential role of Castrol POWER1 in optimizing the team’s machines for peak performance, allowing them to consistently deliver strong results.
