This certification meets the new rules from the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) regarding the Trade Descriptions (Certification and Marking of Engine Oil for Motor Vehicle) Order 2024. This is an important move for ensuring quality lubricants and protecting consumers.

SIRIM, Malaysia’s national standards and accreditation body, tests and certifies products for safety and quality. SIRIM QAS International represents Malaysia’s leading certification aligned with international standards.
This certification supports Bosch Mobility Aftermarket’s “Driver’s Choice: Ask for Bosch” campaign, which aims to protect Malaysian motorists with high-quality aftermarket products, including lubricants. With KPDN’s enforcement actions by end-October 2026 requiring valid SIRIM certification for all lubricant products, Bosch emphasizes compliance and enhances consumer trust by combating counterfeit products.
