Bigo Live recently hosted the BIGO Bali Gala 2026 in Bali, Indonesia, gathering 200 top creators from over 10 countries, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, and Turkey. This event celebrates creativity and community, highlighting talent that makes a significant impact during one memorable night.
“Bigo Live provides a global platform for creators and audiences to build meaningful connections and spread positivity. The BIGO Bali Gala 2026 celebrates talent, individuality, and authenticity, showcasing how everyday people can grow into beloved stars and deepen their engagement on a regional and global scale,” said a representative from Bigo Live Malaysia.
“We remain committed to empowering and uplifting our creators and users by providing new opportunities and a vibrant ecosystem where everyone can be seen, heard and supported,” the representative added.
The much-awaited annual event, streamed live on Bigo Live, attracted over 680,000 viewers at its peak. The atmosphere was energetic as guests came together to celebrate some of the best talents and up-and-coming stars in the creator community.
The Gala hosted over 280 special guests, including 50 of Malaysia’s top creators. This diverse group, which included artists, designers, filmmakers, and digital creators, walked the red carpet to recognize impressive achievements in their areas.
Fans and viewers from around the world showed support for their favorite creators using Bigo Live’s votebox, where they could vote for their top creators and Families through the app. Winners from Malaysia were particularly impressive, with over 29 awards given out in various categories:
