Beverly Group has officially partnered with Parktech Solutions to introduce a state-of-the-art Automated Car Parking System (ACPS) developed by South Korean leader Samjung Tech at Milla Residence, Quartz Wangsa Maju. Set to become one of the largest ACPS installations in ASEAN, this system will feature 2,358 parking bays and 21 car lifts, enhancing both convenience and sustainability for Milla Residence residents.

This strategic partnership was formalised at a signing ceremony at the Milla Residence Sales Gallery, with Derick Lim, Chief Executive Officer of Beverly Group, Choi Jong Wan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Samjung Tech Co Ltd, and Yow Kai Yong, Managing Director of Parktech Solutions Sdn Bhd, with Yang Berhormat Tuan Nik Nazmi Bin Nik Ahmad, Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability, Member of Parliament for Setiawangsa, and Jason Wong, Managing Director of Commercial Banking, Maybank, as witnesses.

Milla Residence represents a modern and technologically advanced serviced apartment within the vibrant 16.5-acre Quartz Wangsa Maju enclave, conveniently located near the Sri Rampai LRT station and the upcoming Rejang MRT station. With a diverse selection of layouts ranging from 657 sq. ft. to 1,249 sq. ft., Milla caters to a wide demographic, accommodating everyone from young professionals to multigenerational families, with flexible options that include two to five bedrooms.

Its distinctive duplex design, featuring double-volume ceilings, not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also sets a new benchmark for sustainable urban living. Moreover, Milla Residence is equipped with cutting-edge security features, such as an automatic number-plate recognition system and innovative cleaning robots, ensuring a safe and pristine environment for all residents.

Choi Jong Wan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Samjung Tech Co Ltd, said, “At Samjung Tech, we see our role as not only providing advanced technology but ensuring its success from day one and long into the future. Our system for Milla Residence is customised to balance modernity with reliability, and we are dedicated to every step of the process. We are doubling test runs to ensure faultless initial operations, with our engineers on-site post-commissioning to fine-tune performance. Above all, our dedicated Customer Satisfaction team in Malaysia will be there monthly to conduct proactive inspections and keep everything running seamlessly, giving residents complete peace of mind.”

Designed with user convenience at its core, ACPS technology allows residents and visitors to simply park at designated entry points on the ground level, turn off the engine, and walk away, leaving the automated system to handle vehicle storage and retrieval. This hassle-free experience eliminates the need for residents to navigate complex parking structures, while also creating a safer environment by minimising human interaction within the parking area.

To further encourage eco-friendly living, Beverly Group is also working with Maybank on Green Home Financing for Milla Residence. This financing option covers up to 95% of the home’s purchase price, with an additional 5% allocated for associated costs like credit insurance, takaful, legal fees, valuation, and stamp duty. Designed specifically for certified green home developments, the Maybank Green Home Financing aims to support Malaysians in their journey toward sustainable living and incentivize investment in eco-conscious housing.
