Bell & Ross has added a new model to its BR-X3 saga with the launch of BR-X3 Night Vision. The new timepiece now sits together as the inaugural BR-X3 trilogy with BR-X3 Black Titanium and the BR-X3 Blue Steel. The BR-X3 Night Vision is produced in a limited edition of 250 pieces.

The 41mm case of the new BR-X3 line features a robust multi-component, multi-material “sandwich” construction. The main plates on the BR-X3 Night Vision are made from LUM-CAMO, a high-tech composite of carbon fiber and SLN resin, fastened with four screws in green rubber cylinders that are photoluminescent, enhancing visibility in darkness. The middle case is titanium coated with black PVD.

Thanks to its design and green Super-LumiNova, the BR-X3 Night Vision is inspired by aeronautical HUD systems. It embraces Bell & Ross’s philosophy, displaying a distinctive X-shaped dial with green highlights. Skeletonized and multi-layered, it showcases the movement through smoked glass, topped with a green-tinted sapphire crystal. The open-worked dial highlights its technical look and the automatic movement.

On the case-back, a green-tinted sapphire crystal shows the caliber with its special oscillating weight. The cutout edges, including the 70-hour power reserve indicator and the large date window, are highlighted in green Super-LumiNova. This glowing material is also used for the numerals, indexes, and hands. The dial not only offers excellent nighttime visibility but also provides a striking graphic representation of luminescence. A defining feature of the BR-X3, the design transports us to a cockpit or an aerospace control center.

The BR-X3 Night Vision, like all watches in the BR-X3 series, features the BR-CAL.323 caliber within its 41mm case. This self-winding movement, developed by Kenissi Manufacture for Bell & Ross, offers a 70-hour power reserve and is COSC certified.

With remarkable performance, the BR-X3 Night Vision completes the range of avant-garde X3 instrument watches, which debuted with the BR-X3 Black Titanium—crafted in titanium and inspired by stealth aircraft design—and the BR-X3 Blue Steel, a more precious, contemporary timepiece whose color code—polished steel and sky blue— evokes a space flight suit. In this journey from Earth to space, Bell & Ross now adds a captivating new dimension: night flight. The BR-X3 trilogy relies on enhanced performance to push boundaries.

The “X” code, used by scientists and engineers for experimental projects, represents the latest evolution of the BR-03 line—where Bell & Ross adapts flight instruments for professional pilots into a wristwatch. This instrument watch showcases its peak in technical functionality and bold graphic design.
