Bata Malaysia has just launched their latest e-commerce website (www.bata.com.my) which offers an enhanced digital shopping experience for Malaysians.
Malaysians can now use the e-commerce solution to Click and Collect. Bata Malaysia is offering purchases to be delivered through home delivery or self pick-up at their preferred Bata store. More added benefit using the new e-commerce site as it offers easy returns for in-store drop-off and allows size exchange at the stores within 30 days of the purchase date (whereas returns and exchanges for store purchase are within 14 days). The platform is fully automated with shipping notifications, delivery announcements, and ready-to-collect emails.
The company also confirmed a new feature called “endless aisle” starting December 2021 where it offers search capability and filtered results of real-time stock levels at all retail stores. It also enables Malaysians in the store to virtually browse or order a wide range of products that are either out-of-stock or not sold in-store and have them shipped to the store of their choice or their home the next very day. This technology equips sales advisors with better visibility to deal with customer inquiries and improves the in-store experience.
