Astro has recently hosted an event to announced the partnership with Viu Malaysia to offer Viu app to Ultra Box users in Malaysia. Viu offers popular shows such as K-Dramas Taxi Driver 2 and Delivery Man, as well as other shows including Thai and Indonesian dramas, Viu Original series, Korean variety shows and more upcoming local titles.
In conjunction with the partnership, Astro is allowing all Ultra Box customers with FREE access to Viu Premium until 8 June 2023. Customers can stream shows such as Nenek Bongkok Tiga, The Secret Romantic Guesthouse, Bilik Tepi , Return Man, Mantan Tapi Menikah and Boys Planet via their Ultra Box or on the go through the Viu mobile app.

During the launch, Astro also announced that they will also introduce Zee5 and more to their platform soon.
Astro customers can start streaming all their favourite shows on Viu by opening the app on their Ultra Box. Additionally, to enjoy Viu on the website and mobile app, click “Pair Account” and follow the steps on screen to log in with your existing ID or create a new basic ID and pair your account to your Ultra Box.
