ASICS SportStyle’s newly launched GEL-KINETIC FLUENT sneaker is now available in Malaysia from 7 February 2025. The shoe channels draw inspiration from the ASICS archive and are updated with modern materials and technologies for better comfort in daily situations.
When the ASICS SportStyle design team started their process, they looked back at archived running models from the GEL-KINETIC and GEL-FLUENT series. These models, popular in the 2010s, included features like welded structures and eyelet designs. The team reinterpreted these elements on the shoe’s upper, using more technical materials to enhance the design with depth and texture.
The midsole takes inspiration from the GEL-QUANTUM KINETIC sneaker. It uses Scutoid GEL technology and FF BLAST PLUS ECO cushioning for better comfort and energy in daily activities.
