Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad (Aneka Jaringan; Bursa: ANEKA, 0226) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn. Bhd. (“AJSB”), has received a Letter of Award (“LOA”) valued at RM50.54 million from Clement Chan Architects for earthworks and sub-structure works for a mixed development project along Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
The project covers foundational works for a 62-storey apartment and hotel tower atop a 10-storey podium, featuring commercial and hospitality facilities. Construction will start on 2 June 2025 and is expected to complete by 1 December 2026, contributing positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets for the financial years ending 31 August 2025 through 2027.
Managing Director Pang Tse Fui stated, “We are honoured to be entrusted with this landmark project. This award emphasizes our capabilities in high-density urban developments.” The award brings total project wins to RM150.06 million as of 15 May 2025. The Group actively seeks strategic opportunities to ensure growth.
