“Willow” is a live-action fantasy adventure series based on the 1988 feature film. Both of them managed to discuss and then the reality came true as the series take its first day of filming at Wales.
Jon Kasdan said: “There was the impulse certainly between Ron and Warwick and myself to continue this story, and return to this world. And I came at it as a fan, and they came at it both as the creators, and they found a champion in me, and I kept fighting and sort of hoping that we’d get a chance to go back here, and my ace was always that Warwick would be back and that he would look so attractive and America would – and the world – would really fall on their knees.”
Meanwhile, the cast for Willow (2022) also saw numerous young actors and actresses, however for Amar Chadha-Patel, he said he was lucky to watch it when the movie hits theater during seven or eight years old and grew up on escapism and fantasy. Meanwhile, Tony Revolori said he managed to watch with his parents and brother while fell in love with the magic of the world. you know when this opportunity came around, I was excited and honoured.
The cast also had to joined a “bootcamp” before they start the shooting. The cast definitely felt it was quite hard for them as they need to learn from horse riding to managing their accent for their respective character. While the cast find the “bootcamp” is quite hard but they are glad to deliver it for the series.
