Al-Ikhsan Sports and Football Republic launches the World Football Festival 2022 campaign

Al-Ikhsan Sports and Football Republic has officially launched the World Football Festival 2022 campaign at IOI Mall, Putrajaya, in conjunction with the FIFA World Cup 2022. The campaign is hosting a series of exclusive on ground activation and online campaigns to showcase the company’s premium merchandise collections for local football lover.

For its ground activation initiative, Al-Ikhsan Sports has confirmed to run an extended 14 locations regionally from Melaka, Penang, Johor Bahru, Negeri Sembilan and many more. The ground activation will showcase the merchandise varieties for them to keep the merchandise, ranging from keychain, water bottle, jerseys, mini ball and many more. The designs were exclusively curated to welcome the spirit of unity of the world.

Carrying the football momentum, Al-Ikhsan Sports is collaborating with Adidas to host the “Adidas Official Match Ball Roadshow” at 5 major cities across Malaysia.

Chief Executive Officer of Al-Ikhsan Sports, Mr Vach Pillutla, said, “As Malaysia’s number 1 sports retailer since 1993 with the largest World Cup collection in our 167 outlets across Malaysia, we are very excited to launch the World Football Festival 2022 campaign for 15 million devoted football fans in Malaysia. Our objective is to bring the football craze to Malaysia and provide a fun and unique experience with exciting activities for all customers at our outlets and roadshows”.

During the launch event, Al-Ikhsan Sports also confirmed that Media Prima Audio will be their radio partner for this football season. There will be a series of road tours with the radio network where activities such as live broadcasting, radio announcers’ appearance and on ground mini games specifically arranged by these two giants to enliven the roadshow and entertain the crowd. Exclusive federation jerseys to be won via on air with Hot FM, Fly FM, Buletin FM and Molek FM.

The launch event also saw a friendly futsal competition between Al-Ikhsan Sports, media partners and influencers, which aims to strengthen and appreciate the relationship with those who have given Al-Ikhsan Sports tremendous support throughout these years. Last but not least, Al-Ikhsan Sports is also announced the launch of its official TikTok account as well.
