The 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser aims to bring you further with better updates

Toyota has recently launched the 2022 Land Cruiser (Land Cruiser 300 Series) on 2nd August 2021. Toyota has confirmed the Land Cruiser 300 Series is a complete redesign of the outgoing 200 Series, which launched in 2007. Its development objectives are outlined below:

  • Inheriting and evolving the Land Cruiser’s essence of “reliability, durability, and off-road performance”
  • Creating a riding experience that enables the driver to drive with ease on any type of road around the world without tiring easily

With these objectives in mind, Toyota retained the same frame structure, and allied it with the new GA-F platform, which is based on the TNGA philosophy. The vehicle’s identity has also been reshaped by merging cutting-edge technologies with technologies accumulated over many years. There are three engines to choose from for the 2022 models: 3.5-liter V6 twin-turbo gasoline engine, 3.3-liter V6 twin-turbo diesel engine and Direct Shift-10ATMaximizing the performance of the V6 twin-turbo engines.

There will be five variants, GX, AX, VX, GR SPORT, and ZX available to choose from. The GR SPORT variant will have exclusive features such as world’s first Electronic-Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (E-KDSS), Electronic differential lock (front), along with special interior and exterior features.
