The buffet dinner brings the the diverse and rich flavours of the Nusantara region, where vibrant and authentic cuisines come together to create a symphony of taste and aroma.






The Imarah Selera Nusanatara Buffet Dinner is led by renowned Chef Budiman Bistari, as the chefs delivers over 300 delectable food selections, including traditional Malaysian cuisines with authentic recipes and also an option for International selections such as Japanese including Teppanyaki, Seafood and Western favourites, crafted with premium ingredients.
The Imarah Selera Nusanatara Buffet Dinner at Latest Recipe also features several special signature dish. One of the special signature dish – Daging Kepal Tempayan Rempah by Chef Budiman, is a meticulously crafted slow-roasted marinated ground beef infused with authentic seasoning. Accompanied by an array of condiments including dried spices, aromatic paste, fermented sour cabbage, chili-garlic sauce, egg mayonnaise, Popiah cheese chips and black pepper sauce, this is definitely one not to be missed.
Another must-look-out during the buffet dinner is the divine flavours of the Kambing Biri-biri, a roasted baby lamb with “Waqas” spice, lemon salt, natural sauce and tomato-mint chutney. The lamb is carefully marinated for 48 hours, then roasted for about 70% before steaming it to ensure that it is always moist! Located at the carving station, our chefs will carve the lamb for you on the spot.
For beef lover, you have to taste the Gulai Tetel – a meticulously slow-braised beef delicacy composed of beef carcass, aromatic paste, local potatoes, toasted coconut candy paste, coconut water, and green chili. Additionally, enjoy the comforting Sup Bebola Daging, a meatball soup featuring rice noodles, fresh vegetables, bean sprouts, and a hint of chili-garlic oil. Explore further with signature dishes such as the Ayam Royal Pandan (Screwpine Chicken) and Mee Kow Tim – a richly flavoured clam dish complemented by anchovy prawn curry.
For those who are on vegetarian dietary, the restaurant also offers a delightful plant-based option. One of the meat-free signature dish include the Signature Sayur Cincang Masak Sos Makhni, which includes plant-based Makhani, a medley of mixed beans, green peas-avocado cream, chili-spice sauce, zesty lemon mayonnaise and crispy cracked Papadum.
