Despite with the current unfortunate events happening globally, Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia was gladly to announced the three of the 10 new 2020 Triumph line-up at the public launch event themed “Triumph Muscle Mania”. The three model that was announced at the happening event was the Triumph Tiger 900, Thruxton RS cafe racer, Rocket 3 R and Rocket 3 GT. All this was made possible by Motoradic Sdn Bhd, the Exclusive Official Importer of Triumph Motorcycles in Malaysia, and its subsidiary Fast Bikes Sdn Bhd is the Exclusive Official Distributor of Triumph Motorcycles.
“Rocket” for those who wants it big and fast: Rocket 3
The new Rocket 3 R and Rocket 3 GT delivers more power, and the highest torque of any production motorcycle you can buy on the planet with 221Nm @ 4,000 rpm and 167 PS @ 6,000 rpm with it’s 2,500cc engine.
Rocket 3 R and Rocket 3 GT’s muscular and imposing presence are beautifully distinctive details, such as the new signature twin LED headlight, including Triumph maker’s mark triangle branding, the sculpted 3-header exhaust run, all-new lightweight multi-spoke cast aluminium wheels, an imposing 240mm rear wheel width, and a single-sided swing arm with offset monoshock suspension.
The Rocket comes with fully adjustable Showa monoshock rear suspension unit with piggyback reservoir (adjustable rebound, compression and preload), and 47mm adjustable Showa front forks (with rebound and compression adjustability) to deliver superior riding comfort and exceptional touring capability and handling. All variants are also equipped with the highest specification Brembo Stylema brake calipers for uncompromising performance.
The Rocket 3 R is priced at RM130,900.00 while the Rocket 3 GT is RM136,900.00
Tiger 900: Adventure bike that is value for money for the performance
With the starting price from RM63,900.00, the all-new Triumph Tiger 900 offers increased horsepower and torque, greater agility, comes fully equipped with industry–leading suspension and braking systems, and all-round engineered to be just a more superior and dynamic ride.
Buyers can choose from six variants: the Tiger 900 Rally and Rally Pro which is transformed and geared for maximum off-road adventure, road focused capability and comfort; the Tiger 900 GT, GT Pro and GT Pro RLH (Low Ride Height) purpose-tuned for urban adventure, genuine long distance travel and everything in between; and the Tiger 900 base model.
The Tiger 900’s Euro 5 compliant triple engine now features a new unique 1,3,2 firing order for greater character and feel, delivering massive 10% more peak torque than the previous Tiger 800 models, now 87Nm at 7,250rpm, with improved torque low down and across the rev range. Power is also up across the entire rev range, with 9% more in the mid-range, and 95PS peak power at 8,750rpm. Long distance travel increases the new Tiger 900’s range with a larger 20-litre fuel tank.
With top flight Marzocchi or Showa suspension across all five variants, the Tiger 900 is a serious adventure contender. All models are also fitted with high performance Brembo Stylema monobloc brakes for a more immediate and superior stopping power.

The cafe racer you secretly wants it: Thruxton RS
Thruxton RS is 6kg lighter than the Thruxton R and combined with an increase in horsepower, deliver an even more dynamic and agile ride. With the 1200cc engine, Triumph engineers increased the horsepower to 105 PS @ 7,500 rpm and delivers higher torque across the entire rev range, peaking at 112Nm @ 4.850 rpm, 700 rpm lower than its predecessor.
The Thruxton RS’ distinctive twin upswept silencers benefit from an all-new Euro 5 spec catalytic converter which delivers lower emissions and that unmistakable sound of a British Racing Twin, with a rich and raw note that matches the bike’s legendary name. Linked to Triumph’s latest ride-by-wire system, the Thruxton RS offers three upgraded selectable riding modes: Sport, Road and Rain.
In addition to the weight savings, the Thruxton RS now features new category leading Brembo 4-piston M50 radial monobloc calipers and twin floating Brembo front discs, delivering excellent stopping power, and new unique race-specification Metzeler Racetec RR super sticky tyres.
It also comes equipped with race-bred adjustable Showa USD big piston forks and premium fully adjustable Öhlins piggy back reservoir rear shock and black Ohlins RSU springs, delivering an engaged and thrilling ride.
